We select quality raw materials with careful analysis and choice of 100% Italian grain semolina. The durum wheat semolina that joins our spring water is made with wheat coming from Campania, Basilicata and Puglia.
The wheat varieties are selected by choosing the best organoletic characteristics, ensuring an extraordinary product in terms of color, aroma, roughness and porosity. The result is an unquestionably good pasta, able to satisfy the most demanding palates
